This bundle covers both sides of your training: 14 inch wrist wraps for pressing days and padded lifting straps for pulling days. You get one pair of each, in your choice of 8 colors.

If you have made your mind up about your return – make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept damaged or heavily worn items.

How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We currently ship within the US only.

What if my received item is defective?
On the off chance where your Nordic Lifting item arrives damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nordiclifting.com. We will resolve any issues that occur ASAP.

How long will I have to wait to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days after your return arrives and is checked.

What comes in the bundle?

When should I use wraps and when straps?

Use the wrist wraps on pressing days for wrist support. Use the lifting straps on pulling days like deadlifts and rows to help you hold the bar.

Which colors can I choose?

The bundle comes in 8 colors. Pick yours from the color options on this page.

Will the wraps fit small wrists?

Yes. The hook-and-loop closure lets you adjust the fit for most wrist sizes.

How do I keep the wrap Velcro from fraying?

Always close the hook side onto the loop side of the Velcro when you store them. That keeps the fabric from snagging and fraying. If the hook end feels too long, you can trim it slightly with scissors.
