Shipping Policy

We ship within the continental United States.

Free shipping: Orders of $50 or more ship free with Standard shipping. Orders under $50 pay a Standard rate from $6.99, based on weight, shown at checkout.

Processing: Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders ship from Amazon's US fulfilment network or our Texas warehouse, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery options:

• Standard: 3 to 6 business days
• Expedited: 2 business days ($11.99 to $16.99)

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address issues and lost packages: Please double-check your address at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at support@nordiclifting.com within 7 days and we'll help.

Returns: Unused items can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
