How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase.

Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. Failing to do so will result in a 10$ fee.

Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. You may only return an item within 30 days of purchasing it.

Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers within the US will only be charged for the return shipping fees. International customers are responsible for shipping both ways.

What if my received item is defective?

What are gym gloves made of?

The gloves are crafted from a blend of high-quality materials, including 35% goat skin leather and 35% Polyurethane. Polyurethane, a resilient and flexible polymer, enhances the gloves' durability, providing resistance against scratches, impacts, and stretching during weightlifting and gym workouts. Complementing this, approximately 30% of the gloves feature Dacron, a lightweight material incorporated into the breathable mesh for optimal ventilation and quick drying. This meticulous combination ensures a comfortable, durable, and well-ventilated experience for users engaged in various fitness activities.

Can I machine-wash the gloves?

Yes, while machine-washing is possible, it is highly recommend hand-washing to maximize the longevity and performance of the gloves. Hand-washing ensures a more gentle and targeted cleaning process, preserving the integrity of the materials and construction for extended use.

Do the gloves shrink after washing them?

Yes, there is a slight possibility of minimal shrinkage after washing, but it is not significant. The gloves are designed to maintain their shape and size well, and any slight adjustments should not impact their overall fit or performance noticeably.

How do I wash the gloves?

Soak them in water with detergent and rinse them. Then let them air dry. After that, you can spray them down with some fabric conditioner to make them smell better if there are odor issues. Rinsing is probably a safer option and will leave you with a longer lifespan of the product. Lastly, try not to wash the gloves too often as this can wear them out quickly.

What exercises should I use the wrist support wraps for?

Wrist support wraps are commonly utilized for exercises such as clean & jerks, snatches, front squats, push presses, handstand pushups, bench press, and any other pressing or overhead movements where additional wrist support is beneficial.
