7mm Knee Sleeves for Squats and Heavy Leg Days

Nordic Lifting 7mm knee sleeves are made from thick neoprene with reinforced stitching. They give your knees a firm, warm, compressive fit for squats, lunges, leg presses and CrossFit® WODs. Each order is one pair.

How they fit

• 7mm neoprene keeps the knee area warm through your warm-up sets and working sets

How to size

• Measure around your thigh 4 inches above the kneecap and match it to the size chart in the product photos
• For a comfortable fit on long sessions, follow the chart. For a tighter, competition-style fit, go one size down (it will be harder to pull on)

Care

• Hand wash in cool water with a little mild detergent, rinse well and let them air dry. Machine washing is possible, but hand washing keeps the material in shape for longer. Rinsing after sweaty sessions and washing only when needed also helps.

How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We currently ship within the US only.

What if my received item is defective?
On the off chance where your Nordic Lifting item arrives damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nordiclifting.com. We will resolve any issues that occur ASAP.

How long will I have to wait to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days after your return arrives and is checked.

How do I find my knee sleeve size?

Measure around your thigh 4 inches above the kneecap and compare it with the size chart in the product photos. Sizes run from XS to XXL.

I am between sizes. Which should I choose?

For all-day comfort and long workouts, pick the size the chart recommends. If you want a tighter, more compressive powerlifting fit for heavy squat sessions, go one size down. A smaller size is harder to put on.

What are they made of?

7mm neoprene with reinforced stitching. Neoprene is stretchy and holds warmth, so your knees feel warm and snug while you train.

Which exercises are they good for?

Squats, front squats, lunges, leg presses, Olympic lifts and CrossFit workouts. Any leg day where you want a warm, firm fit around the knee.

Can I machine wash them?

You can, but we recommend hand washing in cool water and air drying to keep the neoprene in good shape for longer.
