Lightweight Knee Compression Sleeves for Everyday Training

Nordic Lifting knee compression sleeves are knitted from nylon yarn with spandex and latex yarn for stretch and compression. They are thin, flexible and easy to move in, which makes them a good fit for running, CrossFit, court sports and daily training. Each order is one pair.

How to size

• Use the size chart in the product photos. The recommended size should give a snug fit that still lets you bend the knee freely

Care

• Hand wash in cool water with a little mild detergent, rinse and let them air dry. Skip the dryer so the knit keeps its stretch.

If you have made your mind up about your return – make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept damaged or heavily worn items.

How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We currently ship within the US only.

What if my received item is defective?
On the off chance where your Nordic Lifting item arrives damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nordiclifting.com. We will resolve any issues that occur ASAP.

How long will I have to wait to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days after your return arrives and is checked.

What is the difference between these and the 7mm knee sleeves?

These are thin knitted compression sleeves made for movement and long wear. The 7mm knee sleeves are thick neoprene made for heavy squats and powerlifting.

Can I wear them all day?

Yes. They are designed to be worn for long periods, for example through a full training session or a long day on your feet.

Are they good for running?

Yes. They are light, flexible and breathable, so they work well for running, CrossFit and court sports.

Which size should I choose?

Follow the size chart in the product photos. Sizes run from S to XXL. The right size feels snug but still lets you bend your knee freely.
