Strapwrapz: Lifting Strap and Wrist Wrap in One

Strapwrapz combine a lifting strap and a wrist wrap in one product. Rolled out, the 11.5 inch nylon strap works like a lifting strap for pulls. Rolled up and twisted 180 degrees, it turns into a wrist wrap for pressing. The wrist pad has 6.5mm neoprene padding for comfort. Each order is one pair.

If you have made your mind up about your return – make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept damaged or heavily worn items.

How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We currently ship within the US only.

What if my received item is defective?
On the off chance where your Nordic Lifting item arrives damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nordiclifting.com. We will resolve any issues that occur ASAP.

How long will I have to wait to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days after your return arrives and is checked.

How do I switch between strap and wrap?

Roll the strap out to use it as a lifting strap around the bar. Roll it up and twist it 180 degrees to use it as a wrist wrap.

Will they work for small wrists?

Yes. The Velcro closure adjusts easily for most wrist sizes and comes off quickly.

What are they made of?

An 11.5 inch nylon strap with 6.5mm neoprene padding at the wrist and an iron buckle.

Which exercises are they for?

As a strap: deadlifts, rows, shrugs and pull-ups. As a wrap: bench press, overhead press and push-ups.
