Nordic Lifting Elbow Sleeves, 5mm are a pair of 5mm neoprene sleeves that keep your elbows warm and give a snug, supportive fit for bench press, overhead press, dips and other heavy pressing. They come in unisex sizes S to XXL, one pair per order, and are covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Sizing and fit

• Measure the circumference of the elbow joint for a perfect fit. Use a soft tape and match your measurement to the size chart in the product photos, then pick the matching size.
• The sleeve should feel snug without pinching or cutting off movement.
• Between sizes? Size down for a firmer, tighter feel, or size up for an easier fit and more freedom of movement.

Care

Hand wash in cool water with a little mild detergent, rinse well and let them air dry. Machine washing is possible, but hand washing keeps the neoprene in shape for longer. Rinsing after sweaty sessions and washing only when needed also helps.

How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We currently ship within the US only.

What if my received item is defective?
On the off chance where your Nordic Lifting item arrives damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nordiclifting.com. We will resolve any issues that occur ASAP.

How long will I have to wait to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days after your return arrives and is checked.

How are these different from the Elbow Compression Sleeves?

The 5mm sleeves are thicker neoprene for warmth and firm support on heavy pressing. The Elbow Compression Sleeves are thin, breathable knitted fabric for lighter training or all-day wear and come in 7 colors.

Is there a warranty?

Can I machine wash them?

Machine washing is possible, but hand washing in cool water and air drying keeps them in better shape for longer.
