Powerlifting Shoes - MEGIN
Size Guide
×How to measure your Lifting Shoes size
- Take a white sheet of paper and carefully trace the outline of your foot
- Once you have finished the drawing and have a full outline of your foot on paper, measure the distance from your longest toe (the furthest one out) to the end of your heel
- Once the measurement is made, compare it to the provided chart. Your “Heel-to-Toe” measurement should fit in one of the sizes provided
- You can also use the standard shoe sizes (applicable to both American and European users), use the provided chart to select the right fit
- If you are in between standard shoe sizes and your exact size isn’t on the list, manually measure your foot as described before and go “size-up” if the resulting measurement is in between sizes (like 10.5” or 11.3”)
- Measuring with spread-out toes or incorrectly measuring the “Heel-to-Toe” (see image) can result in faulty sizing

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the heel height 1.4 inches which are way higher than other power lifting shoes?
We've found this to be the most optimal for most power lifting exercises. I believe you'll feel a huge difference in your squats using our MEGIN power lifting shoes, which will enable you to go much deeper than a regular pair of shoes that are more flat in the heel portion of the shoe.
Are these shoes comfortable for wide feet?
Absolutely!
Which size would fit me best?
We highly suggest that you measure your foot from heel to toe. This way, you can determine which size is closest to your measurement. The size closest to your measurement is the perfect fit for you.

November 12, 2023Game-Changer for My Squat Game!
Well, these shoes? Absolute game-changer. The raised heel is a lifesaver; it gives me that extra bit of ankle mobility so I can get down low with a straight back, no more tipping forward or feeling unstable. Plus, the strap across the top really locks my foot in place, so I feel super stable – like I'm planted into the ground.

September 19, 2023Great shoe, great customer service
My son and I agree that they are a little better than the Adidas (which we both liked). The sole is a bit firmer and seems to give a little more stability in the heavier lifts that he does (he lifts much heavier than I so I am relaying primarily his impressions). He also likes the uppers that he thinks are also a bit stiffer and therefore superior.

November 14, 2019Stunningly good for the price.
I've had a ton of lifting shoes over the years. Ignoring the various minimal shoes, I've owned Adipowers, Do-Wins, Romaleos, and inov-8 Fastlifts. Each of them great in their own ways, but this is the first pair where everything just clicked perfectly.

February 3, 2023Best Weightlifting shoes in 20 Years
The best olympic weightlifting shoes I had were the Adidas from 1970. Twenty years ago I changed to the new Adidas shoe...too tight all over. I returned them. After two more pairs of weightlifting shoes that were returned, I purchased the Nordic. Good room in the toes and firm fit (though I did buy a size larger). These are sturdy for my squats and pulls. These are keepers! Well done, Nordic!
