In the highly unlikely event of you not being 100% satisfied with your Nordic Lifting purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. However we do urge you to get in touch with our customer support first at support@nordiclifting.com.
If you have made your mind up about your return – make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept damaged or heavily worn items.
How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase.
Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. Failing to do so will result in a 10$ fee.
Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. You may only return an item within 30 days of purchasing it.
Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers within the US will only be charged for the return shipping fees. International customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
What if my received item is defective?
On the off chance where your Nordic Lifting item arrives damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nordicquality.org. We will resolve any issues that occur ASAP.

They feel great with sturdy straps and a good grip.
These are my first set of rings and they feel great. The grip is nice, and the straps feel very secure. I love the measurements provided. As for cons, the product sticker comes off the rings easily, but it's not a big deal, it probably shouldn't even be there. Just pull it off; it's small.

Very strong and reliable.
The straps and rings are solid and durable. They can withstand rigorous use. However, I expected better setup instructions.

High-quality with long straps.
I'm impressed with the high quality and the extra-long, thick straps of these rings. However, I no longer use them due to a shoulder injury. It took over a year before I could resume any upper body workouts, and even now I have to be cautious and limit certain ranges of motion. I stopped immediately when I felt pain during recovery, which wasn't normal muscle soreness. For 8 months, I struggled with poor sleep and couldn't even lift a dinner plate without pain.

Easy to install, supports weight, marked for measurement.
I've used these rings in my home gym setup. As a 6'1", 215-pound male, I've used them for rows, suspended push-ups, dips, and more. They were super easy to install, I used a couple of 415-pound I-hooks and attached 300 lb carabiners to them, which I then connected to the straps. The carabiners make it convenient to remove them from the wood beam and store them on my garage wall. I followed the directions precisely, and the straps haven't shifted even a fraction of an inch. The marks on the straps make adjustments much easier compared to other straps that lack these markings.

Easy to set up and performing well so far.
Setting these up was straightforward, and they're functioning perfectly so far. The instructions were clear, making installation a breeze. Everything appears to be of good quality, the rings themselves are comfortable, and I'm enjoying using them as I ease back into shape. The quality-to-price ratio is satisfying; it didn't break the bank, but I feel like I've received good value for what I paid.
