Footage has Surfaced of Taliban Militants Taking Control of a Gym in the Afghan Presidential Palace.

On Sunday, August 15, the rebels took control of Kabul and formed a new administration, and President Ashraf Ghani fled the country.

Mullah Baradar, a senior Taliban official, said "the kind of regime will soon become clear." Among reports of people dying in chaos at airports, terror on the ground, and a group that apparently supports women in government, a video emerged of militants making fun around the palace gym.

You can see one of them hanging on the descent machine. Others can be seen twisting behind a stick while others film, most laughing throughout the video.

It comes after other surreal videos, with one showing Taliban fighters enjoying a game of dodge at an amusement park in Kabul and the other jumping on a trampoline.

Meanwhile, residents are frightened by the Taliban takeover, as more than 60 countries have signed a statement demanding that they be allowed to leave. "The Afghan people deserve to live in security, protection and dignity. We in the international community are ready to help them," he writes.

The United Kingdom is said to be working for a "tailor-made deal" for Afghan refugees. "The truth is that people all over the world have been surprised ... no one has seen this happen. Of course we would have acted if we had," Foreign Minister Dominic Raab told Sky News.
