Let's admit that there are just days when getting out of bed to hit the gym is such a burden. Well, what if I tell you that there are actually a lot of exercises that you can do without even leaving your bed?

Fine, stay in bed for an extra time but while feeling cozy and comfy, you can do any of these routines and perform them as many reps as you can (in under 30 seconds per reps). Now, you won’t have any excuses to skip your morning exercise. You can definitely do them while on your pjs!

Have fun doing these home workouts!

Jack Splits
It's basically the same with a V-up, but with a twist! Doing jack splits is good for your chest, quads, and lower and upper abs.

How to do it:
1. While lying in bed, extend your arms behind your head. Keep your legs straight and your toes pointed.
2. As you lift your arms and feet, make sure that your knees and elbows are locked.
3. As you form a V while lifting your entire upper body, swing your hands straight forward through the V.
4. Release your arms, legs, and lower back and return to the starting position.
5. Repeat the exercise.

hip raise

Hip Raise
You can make this routine more fun by raising your legs in an alternative manner while your hips are raised.

How to do it:
1. Lie on your bed with your feet flat and your knees bent.
2. Support your position by placing your arms at your side in a 45-degree angle.
3. Brace your core. Slowly raise your hips forming a straight descending line from your knees down to your shoulder.
4. Hold the position for 5 seconds before returning to your starting position.
5. Repeat it again.

arabesque leg lifts

Arabesque Leg Lifts
The perfect way to keep your butt in shape.

How to do it:
1. Get on your hands and knees with your shoulders stacked over your wrists and your hips directly over your knees.
2. Extend and raise your right leg to the right side. Bend your knees and bring back your right leg to its starting position.
3. Continue the routine for 30 seconds before repeating it on the other leg.
