How have you spent this day for the last couple years? Gone to a bar to drown yourself in green beer? Joined a parade to show off your Irish pride? Baked shamrock cookies and made corned beef for your friends (or yourself)? If you plan on doing any of these (especially the first one), consider having a good sweat before letting loose the Irish in you!

Leap like a leprechaun – This is pretty self-explanatory. Burn those fats with a full-body workout of jumping, whipping your legs, and dancing! Use a jump rope while you’re at it.
Be an Irish lumberjack – No need to chop up real trees for this one, just do several one-armed dumbbell rows ‘til you feel like you’ve got the arms of a lumberjack.
Circuit parade it – There are lots of circuit training workouts on Google. Choose one and focus on it, you’ll be having a parade of your own.
