FAQ

Below is a list of FAQs for each of the individual projects that we sell here at Nordic Lifting. Please take a moment to go through this list before inquiring – there’s a high chance you’ll find what you need. The list is categorized for each product in order to make your search a little easier.

1. Knee Sleeves

Q: How do you wash the knee sleeves?

A: We highly recommend that you hand wash the knee sleeves. Soak them in water with detergent, rinse them, and then let them air dry. After that, you can spray them down with some fabric conditioner to make them smell better if there are odor issues. Rinsing is probably a safer option and will leave you with a longer lifespan of the product. And lastly, try not to wash the knee sleeves too often as this can wear them out quickly.

Q: I’m in between sizes, what size would fit me best?

A: There's really no "100% correct" answer to your question as the fit really depends on your preference and the type of workout routine that you do.

If you're looking for a nice and comfortable fit that you can use for long workouts without experiencing excessive compression or discomfort, you may go with the size that our sizing chart recommends. On the other hand, if the type of workout that you do requires more support/compression for your knees, one size smaller is good for you. This type of fit may be more difficult to put the knee sleeves on (depending on your calf and quad size). This is more of the "powerlifter" fit, which is more optimal for heavy workouts (which probably consist primarily of squat sessions), and not as much moving around.

Q: Are these machine-washable?

A: Yes, they definitely are, however, we recommend that you hand-wash them to prolong the life-span of the product.

2. Elbow Sleeves

A: Yes, they definitely are, however, we recommend that you hand-wash them to prolong the life-span of the product.
