Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does it come with instructions?
A: Unfortunately, no. You may want to watch videos on YouTube.
Q: Does this work for the lower back?
A: You should not roll directly on your lower back since it's not recommended. Most of the time, when our lower back is acting up it’s not coming from the culprit because it’s usually coming from something around it. If you are dealing with lower back pain, you may want to foam roll the muscles that connect to your lower back — the piriformis (a muscle located deep within the glutes), hip flexors and rectus femoris (one of the main muscles in your quads).
Q: This caused me bruises, is this normal?
A: It is normal to experience pain and even bruising at first. Your body would be able to adjust after a few sessions of use.
