How much time do I have to make a return?
Your Nordic Lifting products are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase.
Is the original packaging required?
Yes, all products must be returned together with their original packaging. Failing to do so will result in a 10$ fee.
Can I return a product after I have finished using it?
We cannot accept returns for used items. You may only return an item within 30 days of purchasing it.
Will return shipping carry an additional fee?
Customers within the US will only be charged for the return shipping fees. International customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
What if my received item is defective?

We work from home for majority of the time and needed home office equipments to keep us fit.We bought a stationary bike, and a jogging treadmill but both won't work with my office. But this little stepper can be placed in front of my desk, and using it while working, coding and even taking a conference call.The resistance is pretty high for a stepper. I don't know whether it could be changed but as an office stepper, I'd it has enough resistance as a workout tool and still I could focus on my work.It also has two rubber bands that could be attached to the machine and train my upperbody while using the stepper. Three different pairs were included at different lengths. I find theshortest one fits me pretty well (I'm 5'8").It also comes with a little mat. Perfect size for thr stepper and create a good buffer between the machine and the flooring.One side note is that the machine is very quite to operate. I could barely hear its sound while it is not completely silent but it won't bother me at all during video conferencing.Overall this is a good addition to home office and keep me more fit while working from home.

I have a seditary job literally have gained 30 pds in 2.5 years I walk up maybe twenty steps of stairs to my office that’s it and I’m winded so I bought this to help me get back in shape with eating right etc of course but this came right out of the box and ready to go I personally didn’t have to make any adjustments except to add the bands to it but I’m not ready for that just yet my balance is a little wobbly haha but I love it so far it’s not very loud but it’s not absolutely quiet but if I had to measure the noise on a 1-5 scale 5 being the loudest it’s a 1.5 it comes with a mat as well which is great and some oil and two little tools but again I didn’t use anything yet the lcd screen works great but even if it doesn’t I wouldn’t care I dnt need to count steps that’s dumb I just do the wrk out for 10-15 mins as long as I feel the burn in wrk up a sweat I’m good with that and I did it today 4 different times I literally put this on the side of my bed so as soon as I wake up I’ll start my day with a 10 min little walk
